REVOCATION

Exchanging goods and cancelling orders
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. BERING requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items are Gift cards / codes / certificates.

If you do wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can use this form and contact us for a return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 workdays  

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 5 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at usa@beringstore.com.

Sale items
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on any sale-priced items purchased at a discounted price.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you do wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can use this form and contact us for a return label. Send the entire packaging unit, including the completed returns form and the declaration of cancellation, to the address below within two weeks after delivery, postage paid by you:

If no return label was provided or requested, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please note that we are sadly not able to provide free returns for UK customers anymore. 

 

Non-returnable items:
