US shipping

BERING Time Inc. currently ships orders within the United States. Available delivery options, any address restrictions and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates

FedEx Ground® shipping costs $11.99 for orders below $29 and is free for orders of $29 or more. The delivery estimate configured for this service is 3–5 business days. Express shipping costs $15.00; any applicable delivery estimate is shown at checkout. All amounts are in US dollars. The order amount and shipping charge calculated at checkout are the amounts that apply to your order.

Processing and delivery

Delivery estimates are separate from the time needed to process and dispatch your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If a shipment cannot be made within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and the options available under applicable law. We will send shipment information to the email address provided with your order.

Delivery problems

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If your package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact our US customer service team with your order number.

Returns and shipping refunds

Return conditions and return shipping costs are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are not normally refunded for a change-of-mind return. This does not exclude shipping refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
