Webshop Delivery and Returns 

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PURCHASES OF MORE THAN ONE ITEM.

IF YOU MAKE A MULTIPLE PURCHASE WITH THE VIEW TO SELECTING ONE AND RETURNING THE OTHER ITEM(s) PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE POSTAGE TO RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM(s) TO OUR WETHERBY ADDRESS IF YOU RESIDE IN THE UK OR TO GERMANY IF YOU RESIDE IN THE EU.

EU Delivery period and order tracking 

Orders that are received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before approx. 1:00 p.m. (CET) are generally dispatched on the same evening, and orders received after 1:00 p.m. (CET) are dispatched on the following working day. If your goods are dispatched by means of parcel freight, you will receive a link in your dispatch confirmation that allows you to view the status of the delivery at any time using order tracking. It may be that the package tracking data are not yet entirely up to date at the time when you receive this email. 

For UK customers it should read 

Orders that are received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before approx. 11:00 am. (GMT) are generally dispatched 1-3 working days after the order is placed, and orders received after 11:00 am (GMT) will be treated as an order received the following day, you then need to allow the 1-3 working days from the following day. All goods are dispatched by means of parcel freight, you will receive confirmation that the order has been shipped. The Fedex Tracking no. should be provided to allow you to track your parcel that allows you to view the status of the delivery at any time using the tracking no. 

EU Delivery

EU customers: If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letter box. You can arrange a convenient delivery date with DHL, or have it delivered to an alternative address or to your neighbour. 

It is also possible in most regions to pick up the package from a DHL store or packing station.

UK customers: Deliveries to the UK are shipped with FedEx.

UK customers: Deliveries to the UK are shipped with FedEx. If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letter box. Fedex will attempt to deliver the parcel the following day or you can have it delivered to an alternative address or to your neighbour. 

It is also possible in most regions to pick up the package from a Fedex store or packing station.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00 or €75.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  

Non-returnable items:

Non-returnable items are Gift cards / codes / certificates.

Returns from Outside the EU/Europe

Please note that letters and parcels sent to Germany from non-EU states must be thoroughly processed by customs control. To enable customs duties to be determined, you must correctly complete and attach a customs declaration and invoice. Please ensure that these documents are always affixed to the outside of your parcel or letter.

Exchanging goods and cancelling orders

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. BERING requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items are Gift cards / codes / certificates.

Refunds – EU/European Customers

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 workdays.

 

Late or missing refunds - EU/European Customers

If you have not received a refund within 5 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@beringtime.de.

 

Refunds – UK Customers

Once your return is received at the UK office it will be logged and shipped to the distribution centre in Germany, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7/10 workdays.

 

Late or missing refunds - UK Customers

If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can use this form. Send the entire packaging unit, including the completed returns form or a note on the paperwork and the declaration of cancellation, to the EU or UK address within 14 days, after delivery. postage paid by you:
